Key Updates for Your Merchants

New Online Merchant Portal
We're excited to launch a brand-new online portal designed to empower your merchants. This self-service tool will give them direct access to their statements, allow them to manage chargeback responses, view support tickets, and much more. It's all about providing them with greater control and easier access to their account information.
Debit Network Annual Fee
There will be a new annual fee for merchants who process transactions on the STAR, ACCEL, or PULSE debit networks. This fee is a direct result of increasing costs associated with maintaining access to these networks.
Chargeback Fee Update for High-Risk / CNP
To align with updated network compliance requirements, we are adjusting the chargeback fee for specific merchant types. This change only impacts merchants classified as high-risk or those primarily processing card-not-present (CNP) transactions.
SwipeSimple Gateway Update
We are also updating the pricing for the SwipeSimple gateway. This adjustment reflects the ongoing value and feature enhancements of the service.
